In the early stages of his career, Vladan worked in financial and management positions. He started working in executive search in 2015. He has many years of experience in national and international Executive Search companies, and he has a profound understanding of the needs and economic challenges his clients face. Vladan has a degree in Business Administration. He speaks German, French and English fluently.
Thomas Bossard is one of the founding partners of Stellar. He has been an executive search partner since 2011. As a sought-after headhunter and strategic recruiter, Thomas is commissioned by banks, financial institutions and asset managers, to recruit managers, specialists and teams. He expertly applies the experience he has gained from many years in management, as well as his unique network in the financial sector in Switzerland, in classical and confidential search assignments. He also performs the function of management consultant with regard to staff matters, by providing assistance for companies in the development of new areas of business, the expansion of existing structures and succession planning. Thomas communicates in both German and English.
Florent Hoerd is one of the founding partners of Stellar. He has comprehensive experience in the search for managers, and from his office in Lausanne, he supports customers with discretion and integrity. Thanks to his global market vision and his expansive professional network, he has profound knowledge in various sectors as Construction, Industrial, Energy, Real Estate and Transport. Florent has been working in executive search since 2015. He has comprehensive direct search experience and has profound knowledge in the areas of assessment and organisational strategy consulting. Florent is a civil engineer with a master’s degree from the Ecole des Mines. He heads up assignments in French, German and English.
Guido Pagani is one of the founding partners of Stellar. He has been working in the executive search of since 2001. As a renowned consultant with a sustainable network, his main focus is on the Consumer Goods, Retail/E-Commerce, Trade and Industry markets. He maintains direct contact with the executive management at his client’s companies and is often commissioned to find key employees for them. Guido has a degree in Business Economics and an executive master’s degree in Human Resources Management. He is available for consultations in German, English and French.
Thibaud Marcault is one of the founding members of Stellar. With his many years of experience in the areas of Retail, Luxury and Consumer Goods, coupled with his international network, he is an important link in strategic recruiting. His profound understanding of the client’s needs and his well-developed instinct when it comes to human relationships, enable him to identify suitable candidate profiles for our clients, discreetly, professionally and efficiently. Thibaud has a master's degree in International Trade Negotiation and he speaks French, German and English fluently.
David Schneeberger is a founding member and a strategic consultant at Stellar. His core professional skills include business development, strategic partner and cooperation management and a thorough knowledge of SAP. In the course of his professional career, he has gathered profound knowledge in the areas of financial services, telecommunications, IT and sport. David has a degree in Business Administration, and besides German, he also speaks English and French fluently.
Vitalii Ukrainets is a Research Analyst at Stellar and supports the Executive Search Consultants in the management of mandates. He has proven his customer focus in international B2B sales roles and his analytical skills in a senior finance function. Vitalii holds a degree in Economics and Audit. He is fluent in German, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
